Booking policies

Please read these terms before requesting or changing an appointment.

Cancellation & rescheduling

At least 24 hours’ notice

Please give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or missed appointments may require a deposit before a future booking.

Late arrival

Grace period: 10 minutes

If you are more than 10 minutes late, IKV may shorten or reschedule the treatment so the next client is not delayed. Please contact the studio as soon as possible.
